Now is the time of year that we start renovating lawns from a brutal summer of extremely hot weather. Typically we offer three options when it comes to a new lawn. Once the area is prepared with composted loam, we can either lay sod, hydroseed or spread grass seed. Laying new sod gives the customer an instant green lush lawn, although the seems need to grow together. Hydroseed is a mixture of water, seed, starter fertilizer, pre-emergent weed control and hydro-mulch to help retain moisture as the seed is germinating. The third option is for us to spread grass seed and starter fertilizer. All three options require regular watering after installation. Spreading regular grass seed will take the longest time for you to achieve a lush green lawn.

A beautiful, lush, green lawn for the children to play on.
