Dave and his staff are super knowledgeable and have always been able to provide advice and answers. Dave has taken time to identity "weeds" in my lawn via email photos. I have used them for a few years.  Specifically though, the guy that comes out and takes care of the lawn is a gentleman by the name of Alex.  I have used several companies before Veron and no one even comes close to the attention Alex gives me and my situation.   This is going to sound hard to believe, but we text and call each other.  Because if I have any questions, concerns and worries I just text him.  He responds almost immediately.  He will literally come out out of schedule and help out.

I don't know if it is Veron, Alex or both, but I have never received that kind of personalized attention.   I have also had my share of challenges with weeds, burdock, grass that won't grow and even a house move!   They are just there for me.
